By analyzing customer feedback and objections, I help our clients discover opportunities to drive revenue growth across multiple lines of business through an omni-channel approach.I ran the Sales Practice at Tallwave. Tallwave is a venture development firm for the digital and web industries. I built sales systems and the sales strategies for start-up and early stage companies (pre and post funding). I also recruited, hired, trained and on-boarded the entrepreneur's very first Inside Sales rep and plugged them into the sales system(s) I created to accelerate the companies revenue growth.Acting Sales Director for IBM Direct Inside Sales for xSeries Servers, Data Storage and Server Options for the US (Commercial, Federal and Public Sector). I managed a team of highly trained & certified sales Leaders and Inside Sales professionals who engaged with C level business owners, IT executives, Business Partners and other IBM Field counterparts to grow their market share & achieve sales goals.I was responsible for and oversaw 47 Sales Professionals both onshore and offshore (United States - 12 Outbound sales agents & 1 sales admin / Philippines - 3 Supervisors, 21 Inbound sales agents & 10 Chat sales agents) for Toshiba Direct (www.ToshibaDirect.com). Outbound Sales team covered both B2B and Public Sector markets while the Inbound Sales & Chat Sales team handled mostly consumer inbound sales activities. Exceeded all quarterly sales targets and grew revenue to it's highest point since 2006.Assisted in launch activities, such as recruiting, sales procedures, best practices, client interaction and implementation of a new Inbound Sales structure for Clearwire's Up-sell Sales Division. Named Program Sales MVP for 10 consecutive months for exceeding program sales goals.Supported 200+ sales agents, 15 Sales Manager and 6 Product Specialists to strategically uncover new business within their assigned territories. Covered all of HP's business units (IPG, PSG and EB) for their SMB and Public Sector customers. Program initiative was to acquire new customers in their tier 3 and 4 space. Program averaged 50% month over month growth in incremental business. Utilized E&I, WSCA and DIR contracts in the SLED (Public Sector) space. This program was moved back within HP's current structure and managed in-house.I managed a group of certified inbound and outbound sales agents selling into the consumer space. Charter Communications is one of the top communications companies in the US that provides High Speed Internet, Cable and Telephone services. Won Sales Manager of the Quarter.Sr. Sales Manager for IBM xSeries Servers, Data Storage and Server Options for all of the West & South Central States.
